I am Keith the Owner of Advanced Insight. Aside from being the owner, I am also the lead technician/installer. I have over 20 years in the Security field & previously was in Security Management for several Fortune 500 companies where I was directly responsible for their security and CCTV camera systems. Additionally, I have installed & serviced all types CCTV cameras and related equipment at these companies as well. Having this interest combined with the experience, I started Advanced Insight in 2015 to offer these services and experience to home and business owners.
I personally conduct each and every estimate and am onsite for every job to ensure you get the top level service and installation you deserve. I enjoy being a local small company and providing that "hometown" personal service. I prefer to remain small, and enjoy being able to offer each and every customer services tailored to their needs. Policies & Warranty Information
Payments: We accept Cash, Check and Credit Cards. (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). Prices quoted reflect a 4% discount for payment via cash or check. For all transactions, Michigan Sales Tax will be charged where applicable.
Before beginning any job, a written estimate will be provided to the customer with mutual agreement and a contract with acceptance of the terms. Payment for any parts or equipment ordered must be made before the installation. Total payment is due upon completion of work, unless other prior arrangements have been made.
Warranty Details: All work completed by Advanced Insight has a 30 day workmanship guarantee. This ensures you receive quality work and top notch installation. Any installed equipment (such as the DVR unit, Cameras, Hard Drives, etc.) that fails or is defective would be covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty.
Support Details: Free tech support is available to all customers for the corresponding product/item that was installed by Advanced Insight. Phone tech support is limited to reasonable day & evening hours, and is not an on-demand help desk. Free assistance with saving video for is available anytime for the lifetime of the DVR installed, to the customer for the system installed by Advanced Insight at the original address of installation. Both types assistance may be afforded more than once, based off the circumstances – but Advanced Insight does reserve the right to limit either of these items and/or forgo phone tech support and/or have subsequent phone calls if it is beyond the scope of what is considered free support and/or such support that can be solved over the phone and/or in a reasonable time frame.
All these items (warranty, support services, on-site assistance) are non-transferable and are only valid for the address & customer where the system was installed.
